Job description

International Mortgage firm is looking for qualified candidate for the position of International Business Development Manager at our Kissimmee office.

The candidate must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant field, e.g. Accountancy, Finance or Law and must have an active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License and be registered with NMLS.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE includes Minimum 10 years' experience in the Foreign National Mortgage lending market place, Experience of Business Development in Mortgage field, Experience in the Orlando Real Estate market, understanding of UK, EU and USA title, conveyancing and law, Experience of giving presentations at Property Trade Shows and Experience of writing articles.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS NEEDED include: Experience in developing business relationships with Realtors and Title companies in Florida promoting Foreign National Mortgages services, Experience of originating and closing loans in Florida for Foreign National clients, Ability to develop business relationships with overseas Realtors, Property Investors and Conveyancing companies, An understanding of the differences between US and overseas real estate practices, an in depth knowledge of the Foreign National programs available in Florida and have the ability to keep up with the regular changes, Having an understanding of the differences between the US and overseas mortgage underwriting processes, possessing a basic knowledge of UK HMRC property investment and tax rules, a good understanding of the Florida real estate market and in particular the 'Niche' Foreign National investor marketplace in Orlando, the ability to travel overseas to attend Property Trade shows throughout the calendar year and a proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize.

Position also requires international travel so candidate must have current passport and driver's license.

Salary offered is $252,907 per annum for a 40 hour work week.
