Path Medical is a chain of Chiropractic/Orthopedic and MRI Imaging offices with locations all throughout Florida. Path Medical is seeking an Office Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Train a productive Medical office Team
• Oversees front desk, medical records, and back office department
• Assist with preparing staff work schedules and assign specific duties
• Ensure clinical safety procedures are in place and followed
• Abides by HIPAA laws regarding of sharing of personal medical information
• Perform Registered Chiropractic Assistant duties if necessary
• Promote Excellent customer service
• Supervise administrative activities directly related to providing adequate patient care.
• Work cooperatively with medical staff to provide patients quality care

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare field strongly preferred!
• Must have the ability and experience using Microsoft Office applications and proficient in EMR
• Must be flexible with schedule will require nights and some Saturdays
