Madison Avenue is known as The Agency of Urgency, where speed and accuracy are paramount.Responsibilities: In this role, you will primarily be responsible for resizing and repurposing creative files for a variety of mediums (including print and digital), as well as, maintaining client brand standards and guidelines.As a production artist, you will be in the trenches making the design deliverables happen. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems that may arise with a piece and coming up with creative solutions.You will create and verify print-ready and web-ready files and proofread content and layout for design consistency.As The Agency of Urgency, speed and accuracy are important aspects of our work. You will work under tight deadlines and need a keen eye for detail.Handle multiple projects which need to be successfully and timely managed and delivered with high quality.Work with a high level of autonomy and consistently achieve results, despite obstacles, due to your resourceful and proactive nature.As part of a dynamic team with enterprise-focused execution, you are accountable for following all departmental systems and processes. Yet, in the spirit of striving for continuous improvement, we want your ideas and suggestions for improvement, especially related to improving quality of work or creating efficiencies.This position requires on-site daily work at the regional Madison Avenue Worldwide office located in Kissimmee/Celebration FL area.Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Ability to work on a MAC computer and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products.Experience creating campaigns and extending the look and feel through various re-sizing tactics.Extensive working knowledge of typography, layout, hierarchy, balance and a good sense of color and design.Experience with image/photo editing, retouching and color correction skills, and understanding of and ability to evaluate image resolution.Working knowledge of RGB and four-color processes, as well as the Pantone matching system.Working knowledge of pre-press and all standard print practices across digital and conventional disciplines.Understanding of product die lines and technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability and initiative to troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and client, as well as the ability to find information necessary to get the job done.Willingness to learn new techniques and software and implement standard directives according to style guides.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills.Effectively manage workload and collaborate with peers and clients located in different time zones.A process-oriented self-starter.Reliable, on-time, daily attendance to on-site office.Ability to work extended hours when necessary.Able to remain stationary and view a computer screen for long periods.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to be vaccinated.Experience:Graphic design: 3 years (Required)Adobe InDesign: 3 years (Required)Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work Location: One location
