We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Maintain consistent communication with mobile app developers to ensure continual software functionality and design improvement
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Send reminders to CEO and take detailed notes of activities for company reference
  • Attend social meetings with high level executives and future clients/developers
  • Assist executives in legal matters, including but not limited to, approving and reviewing extensive legal documents for company relevancy, and presenting notes/reports for future meetings with attorney
  • Take on role as support medium for live mobile apps
  • Assist in research on social media trends and influencer recruitment
  • Develop and implement organizational systems
  • Perform basic office tasks to maintain office upkeep
  • Manage back-end administrative software for GoGym products
  • Manage QuickBooks


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of startup dynamic is a plus!


Description of Job:

This is a hands-on job and a key part of the companies success! You must be able to manage multiple administrative software accounts and engage with customers on a daily basis. You must also bring your organizational skills to the planning stages of company initiatives. We highly prefer if you have great people skills!


We are a 2 year old start-up company with two brand new products ready for release, so be ready to hit the ground running. Our goal for this hire is to find someone who is willing to put in whatever work it takes and greet each day with an energetic and open mind.
