Position Details:

Title: Finance Manager

Department: Finance

Location: Lake Mary, FL

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Position Summary:

The Finance Manager will manage all operations, client accounting activities, management reporting, budgets, planning, processes, expense management, and related activities. Responsible for the modeling and analysis that drives key business decisions.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage banking (domestic and international)

· Move from local bank to national/international bank

· Manage credit card processing

· Merchant accounts & gateways

· Credit card processing for international markets

· Ensure proper controls / access rights for various departments

· Manage insurance coverage

· Manage Xennsoft accounting software

· Perform event & project analysis

· Income statement for large events (breakeven)

· Oversee commissions

· Process weekly payouts

· International payments - best method to pay international distributors

· Oversee chargebacks

· Monitor chargeback rates

· Oversee refunds

· Collect credit card & ACH payments

· Ensure proper controls and sufficient resources

· Supervise the finance team

Position Skills, Education and Experience required:

· Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance preferred)

· 1-3 years' experience in related field
