The Role Youll Play to Create Success We are eager to announce a full-time Branch Manager position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by creating and maintaining service operations, which are responsive to customer needs. This includes timely, high quality service operations at competitive costs to the customer while maintaining sufficient profit margins and professional image. 1. Training and supervising branch staff. Skilled at developing and implementing standards and procedures to improve data entry efficiency, accuracy, and performance. 2. Use database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports for different levels of management. 3. Designing, implementing, and refining systems to manage complex processes and to optimize performance. 4. Successfully manages people to achieve performance goals. Excellent people management skills including resolving conflict, coaching, and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management. 5. Supervising work for a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards. 6. Analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions. 7. Manages complexities and competing priorities. Coordinates information and activities among groups with differing agendas, across multi-functional areas. 8. Data processing including data analysis, process analysis, and process modeling. 9. This position has dual roles the focus is on service, parts, and sales. This position manages all branch operations including direct customer contact, new product demos, billing cycles, and equipment inventory. 10. Management, scheduling and supervision of daily service operations, include responsibility for current and projected human resources needs. The Attributes We Seek Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills combined with sales experience. Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting through to closing the sale experience preferred. A four (4) year degree or equivalent, 5-10 years related work experience in a service-related industry; and/or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
