If so, we are currently seeking a Junior Market Center Administrator to join our "best in class" Keller Williams real estate services firm in our Lakeland Florida location. The reason that we say Junior is that we would like to see this role turn into a Leadership role in the organization to be able to step up as the lead Finance position at the company with a high level of responsibility. There is a learning curve to the uniqueness to our industry and the service to real estate agents that will likely take some time to master even with the most elevated of financial talents. Knowledge/Skills
- A/R and A/P and GL bookkeeping experience

What will you do?
- Act as Junior Market Center Administrator, learning the duties of the current MCA and supporting her as she progresses into more of a Chief of Operations role.
- Assist in all aspects of the transaction processes and the financial management of the company at large.
- Data entry of onboarding all associates joining the Market Center
- Coordinate transaction documentation.
- Manage all aspects of facilities.
- This role is really the task management backbone of the company.
- You will be on a development track to enhance leadership capacity and opportunity have a larger role.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Real estate transaction bookkeeping
- Tracking and reporting progress toward Market Center goals
- Accounts payable and receivables and general ledger accounting
- Facility operation and maintenance
- Quick customer service response to transactional administrative support
Who are we looking for?
The Junior MCA will be an individual that has a high level of desire to keep on task and be precise with information management, along with moderate levels of assertiveness, sociability, and flexibility. They will proactively handle challenging situations and look for win-win solutions. They will have persistence, strong follow-up skills, and comfort with routine. They must establish and nurture relationships with our associates. The individual must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities.
The Junior MCA must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates' needs in such a way that the associates are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center. The Junior MCA will be involved with clerical, administrative tasks.
The Junior MCA will have job-specific skills that include experience in accurate banking and/or accounting services, computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience, and excellent administrative skills. They must be task oriented, detail oriented, calm under pressure with strong project management experience, general office skills, and purchasing knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
