In this role you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of our entire recruitment and hiring process. We are seeking a forward-thinker with experience establishing hiring processes, evaluating applicant tracking systems, and managing vendor relationships.

Job Details

In this role, you'll oversee our recruitment process end to end while collaborating with HR. With over 40+ openings across controls engineers, machinists, field technicians, as well as non-technical roles, you'll be responsible for overseeing recruitment initiatives to meet hiring goals.

You'll work directly with hiring leaders across business verticals to understand needs and requirements, and collaborate to establish effective hiring practices. This role will also have the opportunity to evaluate recruiting systems and tools and make decisions regarding applicant tracking process / systems, manage vendor relationships, etc.

We are seeking someone with an analytical-mindset who can work with HR to evaluate hiring and recruiting data to understand best resources, tools, and strategies to implement to ensure successful fulfillment of openings.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing space filling Machinists, Controls Engineers, and Field Technician positions
  • Strategic recruiter who can establish best hiring practices across the org
  • Experience evaluating and using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure organization and effective record keeping
  • Experience working and managing outside recruiting agency relationships
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers to understand business needs, gather job requirements, and build job descriptions
  • Strong networker and innovative thinker who can tap into unconventional hiring resources (via meet ups, hosting events, working with various organizations / clubs, etc)
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
