We're looking for a multi-national/lingual/cultural, hard-working, competitive, self-motivated, and exceptionally able online marketing leader who has succeeded already in similar roles and wants to grow their career in our international company. Help us grow our US corporate client base while helping these companies achieve their international export, sales, brand, and business development growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Specifics

  • A key day to day contact for accounts to work closely with clients to align the digital strategy to their overarching business goals, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing and Social Media etc.
  • Manage client budgets to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Plan, deliver and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across Search Engines and Social Media networks
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to support brand organic growth, from content localization to on-page optimization


Marketing planning

  • Strategic and tactical online marketing planning for both IBT Online and our clients
  • Research and evolve our inbound marketing best practices
  • Review and evolve our online marketing processes and playbook
  • Determine online marketing SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) and key performance indicators (KPI's)


Marketing execution

  • Application of the online marketing processes and playbook
  • Activities: PPC, search engine optimization, email, and social media campaigns


Marketing reporting

  • Weekly, monthly, and annual reports preparation and review
  • Hubspot and DataStudio marketing dashboard: performance (sales and marketing), landing pages, blogging, emails, contacts, personas


IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Online Marketing
  • Multi-national/lingual/cultural
  • Academic qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Online marketing certification is a plus
  • Worked in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably agency based
  • Knowledgeable with management skills in developing and executing dynamic marketing plans, brand management, copywriting, email marketing and social media
  • Excited by the rapidly changing digital landscape and current industry trends to create campaigns and content that engages with the target audiences
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented with the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Strong self-organizational and time management skills
  • Inbound marketing systems experience (preferably Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google certifications)


REMUNERATION

Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience. There is a fixed salary as well as a variable linked to agreed online goals and success.


The role will be based in our Fort Lauderdale office, with the possibility for flexible working if/when required. IT infrastructure provided.
