CertaPro Painters of North Orlando-Space Coast is currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing individual looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Sales Associate. Our ideal candidate is a proven sales professional, accustomed to a longer sales cycle (3-9 months) with experience in commercial sales to Property Managers, Facility Managers, and Industrial customers. Individuals with a history of cradle-to-grave sales, from prospecting to closing, will find this a challenging and rewarding position with realistic, high-income potential. POSITION OVERVIEW

* Initiate, develop and grow commercial painting relationships.
* Ensure customers receive a detailed written proposal for all requests.
* Ensure that our customers needs, and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal.
* Present CertaPro Painters of North Orlando-Space COast (an independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters franchisee) to prospective customers to differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further enhance our Brand of Certainty.

* Develop a close working relationship with the Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisors to ensure all expectations set forth on the written proposal are met.

MARKETING:

* Identify prospects in target markets

* Initiate contact and build relationships through individual contacts and relevant trade associations

SALES:

* Win sales commitments with new customers in a competitive market

* Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships

ESTIMATING:

* Meet with customer, in person, whenever possible, with Commercial Estimator to perform estimate and gather information about their needs pertaining to the execution of the project.
* Create a detailed and grammatically accurate written proposal which accurately, specifically and clearly defines both the needs of the customer and the expectations set forth during conversations between the customer and yourself.
* Take pictures of difficult production situations and/or customer service concerns during the estimate and insert into proposal.
* Responsible for approving change orders for jobs in progress.
* Participate in all Company sponsored shows and events.
* Back up for residential painting projects.
