Luxury Rentals Miami Beach is a leading luxury vacation rental company in Miami. We match impeccable service with a diverse portfolio of luxury properties for our guests to choose from. With over 10 years of experience, we are passionate about all things travel and hospitality. We have an extensive portfolio of exclusive, luxury properties in the finest villas and hotel private residences and are looking to expand our premium portfolio.
LRMB is looking for an experienced business development professional to expand our premium portfolio and owner base. This ideal candidate will use prospecting strategies to identify owner leads. They will have strengths, as acute attention to detail and strong management skills to be able to identify, and research potential hotel and condo private residences, partnerships with Real Estate Agents, and travel partners to build the LRMB portfolio. They should have a solid understanding of the vacation rental business, LRMB goals, and can also determine a plan to achieve them.
In this position, we are looking for someone that will be actively curious about our staff and culture, our industry, the owner's social status, and importantly, understanding the true value of our sales and development proposition. We believe that curious people build stronger relationships and that is the essence of a Business Development leader.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understands the Consultative Selling approach.
- Has belief in Inbound & Outbound Marketing.
- Substantial knowledge about social media, content marketing, and how to generate inbound leads.
- Identify solid partnerships with Real Estate Agents for additional business extensions.
- Able to create an annual plan to establish business development needs aligned with finding new owners and portfolio growth.
- Broadening platform and lead generation with Online Travel Partners and travel distribution channels.
- Able to define the LRMB brand and drive change throughout the marketing and sales practices of the company.
- Define an ideal owner profile and qualify which owners are a good fit (and which are not).
- Well-versed in setting and managing expectations with prospects so LRMB can exceed those expectations.
- Communicate LRMB values, personality, and culture to help potential owners & understand what it will be like to partner with the LRMB team, and all points of view match up.
- Develop a capture strategy on new business opportunities.
- Perform market analysis, identify opportunities, develop, and execute capture plans, and monitor competitor activity for each capture.
- Conduct competitive analysis to develop competitive solutions.
- Deliver strong financial results.
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejections daily.

Ideal Candidate Possess
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant business, technical, or professional field of study.
- Understanding of capture management best practices.
- Experience managing and writing proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to capture business.
- Previous business development experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed business development quotas is a plus (but not required).
- Proactive and has attention to detail.
- A track record of high achievement.
- Previous successful business development experience OR a strong desire to begin a business development career.
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- A keenly developed competitive nature.
