IT Business Analyst - Perm -Miami, FL

A Life Insurance Company is seeking a IT Business Analyst in Miami, FL.

Role Description

• Plan, develop, organize, write and edit business requirements, specifications, and design documents needed for the software development life cycle and business processes & initiatives

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured use cases with test plans

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. business, developers and product managers) and clients to identify system/business requirements

• Organize and write supporting documents for products and business concepts

• Create mockups, drawings, diagrams, and charts that increase users' understanding of business requirements

• Standardize content across platforms and media

• Manage updates and revisions to literature

• Experience with Technology, Insurance or Healthcare is advantageous.

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with heavy SDLC experience from beginning to end & documenting business processes

• Strong experience with planning, developing, organizing, and writing business requirements, specifications, and design documents needed for SDLC & business process/initiatives for agent training

• Create detailed & comprehensive use cases with test plans

• Liaise with internal & external teams to identify system/business requirements

• Create mockups, drawings, diagrams, and charts that increase users' understanding of business requirements

• Must be bilingual English & Spanish
