We are a Salesforce partner looking for a passionate, proactive, hard-working business development representative to join our multi-cultural team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and growing the pipeline (lead generation, prospecting, discovering, and opportunity creation). The ideal candidate has to love sales and need to have experience working with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.


You will be responsible for:

  • Generate new leads by contacting potential customers doing cold calling, email and leverage the company contacts and yours.
  • Maintain and grow the pipeline with inbound leads and opportunity generation.
  • Meet or exceed sale quota and enjoy a well-deserved bonus.
  • Be comfortable registering all the activities in the CRM.

What we need:

  • 3 years of software sales experience
  • Experience using CRMs and Services platforms
  • Proven track record of lead generation
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills


The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
