They specializes in both horizontal (roads, bridges, underground utilities, levees, etc.) and vertical (airports, seaports, mixed-use developments, schools, police/fire stations, etc.) project types.

Your new role

Accurately and timely prepares Bid Summaries and appropriately selects subcontractor bidding team
Maintains regular contact and interaction with Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure bid participation.
Comprehensive preparation of subs' and suppliers' scopes to ensure each sub/vendors bid is complete.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is nice to have.
1 - 8 years estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience (at least 4 years estimating experience) in similar facility construction.
Experience estimating on Airport projects would be nice to have also.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, plus ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems essentials
Shows proficiency with Word Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Expedition, HCSS, and AGTEK
