RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Content and QA Manager in Miami, FL.

Key Tasks:
* Content and QA Manager will be leading a team of two content analysts to support all incoming product launch initiatives are integrated into multiple POS and digital channels, including 1st and 3rd party ordering platforms
* Working with cross functional team members to solicit and document requirements for all new product tests and launches
* Overseeing third party QA team to ensure all content and POS changes are tested and execute as anticipated in-restaurant
* Ensuring we have the appropriate testing scenarios and comprehensive test scripts for all executed changes
* As a Content and QA Manager, you will identify opportunities to improves content management processes/challenges through changes in technology or methodology
* Partnering with development and integration resources to align on enable self-service content solutions, managed by our Digital and Marketing teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, related field, or equivalent experience
* 3+ years in Project Management experience
* 3+ years of overall experience in the restaurant operations and clear understanding of restaurant systems and technology
* Candidates with QSR experience will be prioritized
* Have current, working knowledge of the foodservice industry and current challenges
* Have experience working with Restaurant Technology platforms such as POS, Labor Scheduling Tools, and Back of House
* Experience delivering POS solutions to support restaurant operations is required
* Have a relentless drive to innovate
* Always operate with a sense of urgency
* Have excellent written and verbal communication
* Detail-orientated and hands-on
* Have a high comfort level of navigating emerging channels both within and outside of the technology space to identify how to improve our crew and customer experiences
