Job Description
We are hiring a Digital and Social Media Integrated Marketing Manager with experience in digital and social media to help us grow our Octoship brand and acquire new customers. Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and guiding the overall marketing department, including the lead generation initiatives, content operations, campaign KPI's and metrics, PR, graphic design, and other marketing-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing advertising agencies and vendors, with a focus on running tight timelines and cross-functional projects. This person will have a strategic mindset and will spearhead mapping out our goals, brand position, and campaign messaging. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership and vision for digital marketing and social media and an understanding of how technology drives decisions in the marketing world.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the integrated marketing processes with internal teams and cross-functional partners, from concept, launch, iteration, and optimization.
· Develop a robust, integrated social calendar and content initiatives that drive awareness and demand.
· Generate social engagement with on-time responses with the purpose of maintaining a good brand reputation in the social media outlets.
· Plan and execute lead generation campaigns with internal and external teams.
· Create and identify key marketing strategies that not only drive interest and capture new consumers but sustain existing long-term relationships.
· Lead strong relationships with external agencies, using communication plans, briefs, message strategy and frameworks to guide differentiated storytelling and execution
· Use data and intuition to execute new engaging and innovative campaigns.
· Manage monthly P&L's and report KPI's to the management team monthly.
Education & Experience
· Minimum 4-6 years of previous digital marketing experience (paid search, social, display, mobile)
· BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field; MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
· Experience with B2B marketing is a plus
· Experience with leading a social media strategy for a well-established brand.
· Experience with working in a cross-functional environment, including sales and creative teams as well as external vendors.
· Outstanding communication, time-management, and presentation skills.
· Collaborating and working well together with others.
Salary:
$60K-$70K based on experience
