Our client is a very prestigious wealth management firm with significant operations in Miami. This role will work with the various wealth management teams and local operational employees for admin and office related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience within financial services or banking and a high degree of professionalism.


Responsibilities:

- Great and receive clients

- Assist wealth advisors with client inquiries

- Maintain meeting and event scheduling

- Book travel when needed

- Answer phones and greet clients

- Handle wire transfers

- Various related duties


Requirements:

- Associates degree (bachelors highly preferred)

- 3+ years of admin experience within professional services (financial services highly preferred)

- Excellent communication

- Proficient with MS Office
