Job description

Summary :

Responsible for the assembly and maintenance of all Staff and Support employee confidential files. Administrative support of day-to-day operational Human Resources duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide for the security and confidentiality of all Staff and Support employee files.

Responsible for filing all required documents into employee file. Maintain filing current.

Audit all Personnel Files.

Takes pictures and make all employee ID's.

Prepare yearly retention log; process all files for storage/destruction as per records retention guidelines.

Provide excellent customer service to all levels of personnel.

Pull personnel files as requested.

Assist applicants in completing Employment Application on-line.

Back-up receptionist as needed.

Back-up for Hew Hire Processing as needed.

Pick up and distribute incoming and outgoing mail as needed.

All duties as assigned,



Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent education and experience. At least one (1) year experience in office clerical support and customer services in a Human Resources environment highly desirable. Excellent organization, communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to communicate effectively, in a professional and courteous manner, with all levels of employees and the general public. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in the daily operations.

Other Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Computer literate (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in the daily operations
