Position Overview: Restaurant Brands International is looking for aManager, Guest Analyticsto join our RBI Latin America Guest Experience and Operations Team based in Miami, FL. The Manager, Guest Analytics, will be responsible for analyzing operational performance and guest feedback to identify opportunities for the brand. Additionally, this individual will provide our field teams with resources and tools to execute routines that will drive restaurant and franchisee operational improvement. Finally, this individual will create executive presentations for strategic projects of the Guest Experience & Operations team. Roles and Responsibilities: Leads regular analysis of operational performance and provides intelligence to guide strategic decision making to improve operational execution. Identify key metrics that we should be reporting on and create that definition to ensure consistency among brands. Flag key regional trends and region-specific risks and opportunities. Leverages several data sources, such as guest feedback, speed of service, restaurant audits, and uses PSM to provide insights to optimize the guest experience. Provides the field team with resources and tools to increase operational performance visibility and execute routines. Creates executive presentations for strategic projects in a logical and well-thought out manner. Review guest comments in digital channels. Required Skills: Ability to synthesize and analyze small and large data sets into useful information, depending on the need. Ability to anticipate and solve complex problems and resolve issues. Ability to translate complex circumstances and ideas and clear, concise, and supported recommendations. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity. Advanced skill level using Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL or Python a plus. Excellent organization skills, a strong ability to multitask, prioritize meeting deadlines, and re-prioritize as needed. Strong ability to develop people and teams.
