Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid/Remote)
George's Welding Services is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is a high-energy, personable, and creative individual ready to join our growing team. The Marketing Coordinator will support various initiatives spanning digital, email, content creation, events, and market research. In addition to playing a critical role in the department's success, you will also have the opportunity to learn and grow as a marketing professional as we push strategic and creative boundaries to drive engagement, brand awareness, and acquisition.
The Marketing Coordinator's primary objective is to ensure initiatives are successfully supported, delivered on time, executed within brand standards, and measured for effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, highly organized individual who can contribute creatively, facilitate cross-department communication, and ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
· Align timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet critical objectives.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to produce exceptional marketing materials.
· Measure performance through analytics and provide insights.
· Assist with organizing promotional activities, events, sponsorships, and act as the liaison with third-party partners.
· Maintain marketing calendars, roadmaps, and program summaries.
· Track campaign effectiveness and maintain documentation for future reference.
· Assist in the coordination of a wide range of marketing communications production.
· Ability to efficiently manage timelines and deliverables.
· Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
· Writing and editing promotional material for the company both in English and Spanish.
· Social Media management
· Writing and editing promotional material for the company both in English and Spanish.
· Assist in planning and coordinating company-sponsored networking events and public relations.
· Help managed events, booking venues, and ordering marketing materials. May include attending conferences and developing presentations.
· Overall providing support for brand management and corporate identity.
· Extensive experience in marketing, customer service, scheduling customer appointments, composing and editing professional-client emails, with a focus on proper grammar and punctuation.
Skills
· Experience: at least 2 year in marketing/communications/events
· A degree in marketing (not essential but an advantage)
· Personable, presentable, and articulate
· Effective project management skills
· Strong administration and organizational skills
· Must be skilled at writing promotional materials and developing newsletter content
· Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
· Must have great communication skills, be creative and resourceful, with a great work ethic
