Mortgage Loan Officer - Remote in Florida

We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to fill the position of Mortgage Loan Officer.

Minimum requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to obtain State and Federal MLO license.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs, applications and internet proficiency.
  • Confidentiality.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Should be passionate, ambitious, self-motivated and excited to build a successful career in the mortgage industry.
  • Actively identify, solicit and develop relationships with the public to increase client base.
  • Gather information from loan applicants and answer all questions that may arise in the process.
  • Present benefits and options clearly to the clients and recommend appropriate mortgage products that best suit the clients.
  • Take excellent care of clients during a transaction, and also be willing to maintain a long-term relationship after closing.
  • Ability to think outside the box about the needs of the clients & present clear concise information.
  • Efficiently communicate to clients, follow-through, via email correspondence and phone. Be able to create a connection with the clients.
  • Structure and negotiate loans.
  • Adhere to Mortgage Loans Standard and laws and also maintain the company's minimum standard of service.
  • Utilize, identify and implement ways of improving the company mortgage loan system.
  • Maintain and store sensitive financial databases and information.
  • Ability to resolve problems with applications.

Note: Compensation for this Position is commission based
