We are a family/privately owned company looking to expand. We are looking For MLO 's that want to go out on their own and make 2-3 time the income from home. Ideally, someone that is working in the industry, that is ready to grow their pipeline.

Must have a state license, motivated, self reliable , and creative.

In order to work for a company like ours or any mortgage brokerage, you must have your MLO license in the state you are working in. Since we are new, we do not offer guarantees nor health insurance. But what we do offer you is a full arsenal to make literally every loan work.

FHA and VA loans with as low as 500 scores and rates comparable to traditional loans. Rarely can anyone beat our pricing. DTI for conventional up to 49% and FHA/VA as high as 56% and we can use nonborrowing spousal income to offset debt in community property states. No overlays, lowest MI in the county with our wholesale investors, underwrite in 24 hrs., literally clear to close in 5 business days and so much more.

Our model will be to let you choose how much you want to make. You can make as little as 0.5% on each loan if that's what you want or you can make up to 2.75% on a loan if it works. To stay compliant, we have a max compensation set at 2.75 but you can lower your compensation in order to capture the business without charging the client. As the Broker of Record, we take a certain percentage of any commission and we have processors to handle your file for a flat fee of $795. This keeps us all compliant and believes me, you will turn loans so quick you won't know what to do. If you were to leave your current employer and take a chance with us, you can probably flip your entire book of business and make 1.5% -2.75% on EACH loan ( NO TIERS OR MINIMUM FUNDINGS/UNITS) and still have it be a huge benefit to the borrower and to you.

You are paid within days of the loan closing and issued 1099 at year-end. I am more than happy to schedule an appointment with you over the phone to answer any questions you may have and we can go over loan scenarios and I can give you the RAW pricing so you can see that there is a huge spread that the banks and credit unions are keeping for themselves when you are doing all the work!

I started at banks, grew my book of business and you can make a lot more than any bank will ever pay for 1/4 the work. I will show you what we made in the last year so you can see the potential with fewer loans/volume.
