Multiple Entry Level Administrative Assistant Opportunities Available
This full time position starts at a rate of $13.00 per hour and receives full benefits, including 100% paid employee healthcare, 403b Retirement Plan with company match and much more!
The Entry Level Administrative Assistant will answer phones and perform a high volume of client reminder calls per day. Check appointments and availability in KIS. Receive and transfer calls to the Customer Service Care Center.
Responsibilities:
Display excellent people skills by providing information and resolving issues pertaining to the
client. Always seek to understand and educate the client
Answer Phones. Perform reminders calls as assigned by office manager/supervisor. Greets Clients
with a pleasant tone
Check appointment availability in K.I.S. (Intake/Assessment positions)
Receive and transfer the calls from referral parties to the appropriate service
Back up point of contact for referral sources
Track our internal referrals to case management/therapeutic services
Receive and keep track of all referrals on the referring tracking log as (refer to SOP referral)
Maintain communication with referring sources
Closing all records with 120 days or more without services following closing protocols as per QI
Attend the daily Staffing Meeting with Clinical Supervisor
Support Corporate goals and mission statement
Use established QI protocols for reporting client concerns
Work closely with front desk to obtain all pertinent information, changes in demographic
information for each visit and support client schedules
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write and speak in English and Spanish required.
