Responsibilities: In partnership with Lead, People Business Partner; builds strong business relationships and collaborates with leaders to proactively identify talent gaps and propose solutions Facilitation and calibration of core HR initiatives including; Talent Assessments, Salary Review, 360 Reviews, Target Setting and Engagement Action Planning Builds communication plans to support change management and various people initiative Partners with Comp Execution to build and manage headcount budget for assigned client groups Leverages data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics Responsible for monthly headcount forecast for assigned client groups Responsible for end to end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Executes all people related changes in Workday Maintains weekly HR committee file for assigned client groups Facilitates employee moves and where applicable relocation process Provides guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable Partners with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for open positions within assigned client group Manages employee relations for assigned client groups Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field 3+ years of progressive HR experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Workday experience preferred Knowledge of human resources including employee relations issues, performance management policies, talent acquisition, as well as basic employment and labor laws Ability to handle confidential information with maturity Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals Restaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies (collectively, RBI) are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers that do not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, provincial or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
