Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Develop, publish, schedule interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Utilize Power BI as the catalyst for analytics and the understanding of trends
• Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirement.
• Assist business users on functional and data requirements to enhance data models
• Able to diagnose report issues and performance tune reports and dashboards.
• Design, implement, and support a platform providing ad-hoc access to large datasets
• Generates reports of KPI scorecards and effective dashboards after gathering and translating end user requirements.
• Contribute to the development of reporting standards including user interface design, information architecture, naming conventions, labeling, etc.
• Design, develop and implement the report delivery mechanisms, including but not limited to, Office 365 Integration (SharePoint, Teams, etc.), Mobile, PDF tools/integration etc.
• Testing and modifying databases to ensure that they operate reliably.
• Ability to deliver data and reporting in various capacities including project level work efforts, day to day operational reporting and ad hoc requests from management/leadership.
• Develop necessary and agreed upon documentation and artifacts to support the reporting platform in an operational state.
• Solution handover in terms of relevant documentation for solution maintenance by the operative contact persons as well as direct solution training
• Establish a presence and collaborate with the company growing BI Practice
• Safeguards assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
• Maintain technical knowledge and stay abreast of technical advancements in primary functional areas of responsibility.

Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
Solid understanding of Export/Import Ocean Logistics, Systems and Processes. * Purchase Order Management experience is an advantage. * 2-4 years in developing Power BI reports, dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards. * 2-4 years development experience in Data Analytic technologies such as: Microsoft - Power BI, Cliq or Tableau * Experience in requirement analysis, design and prototyping * Strong organizational skills required * Team oriented with an ability to also work independently, with minimal guidance * Strong attention to detail
