We are in a process of expansion and would like someone who can stay for the long run and be able to grow with the company.

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for a broad scope of administrative requirements and to help with various tasks.

. This role will be divided roughly evenly between directly assisting our Senior Property Manager in daily meetings (contacting third party vendors, scheduling and conferring with parties availability.) and assisting our business manager with the growth and maintenance of our jewelry practice and office management.

· (making outbound calls to collect and negotiate payment arrangements for past due invoices.

Major Functions:

  • Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
  • Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing and coordinating repairs, contracting companies and enforcing rules of occupancy
  • Compose letters, memos and emails
  • Screen prospective tenants
  • Perform move in/out inspections
  • List properties for rent and prepare lease agreements
  • Prepare lease renewals

· Coordinate the generation and clearing of daily/weekly/monthly invoices

· Must have great oral and written communication skills.

· -Detail oriented; must be able to meet deadlines and multitask.

· Must be fluent in English & Spanish

· Must be computer savvy and fully proficient in office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.

· People skills to professionally handle communication with customers, employees, and vendors.

· The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, friendly, organized, dependable, respectful, ability to work well with others.

Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
