Position Summary:

The role will be responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great talent. Collaborate with all levels of management to identify future hiring needs. Assist potential candidates with understanding the organization and positions for which they've applied. Attract candidates using multiple sources and ensuring the company retains the best team members while growing a strong talent pipeline.

* Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute staffing needs
* Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants
* Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals
* Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications
* Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills
* Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
* Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes
