Salary: $45K - $50K
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate (A.K.A. Junior Loan Consultant) to join them in their Miami HQ. Reporting into the Senior Director of Sales, the Sales Associate will be responsible for completing outbound sales calls to leads in an effort to convert them into qualifying applicants. A typical day in the life of a Sales Associate looks like: outreach to high-potential leads, fielding inbound chat sessions, following up with online requests, and updating the CRM system. This is a great way to join their Loan team and begin a career path towards Loan Consultant!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the early sales cycle, ensuring leads are properly nurtured
  • Engage with prospective customers via phone, text, whatsapp and email
  • Educate customers about the homebuying process, mortgage terms, and general mortgage rate inquiries
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes; along with the competitive market
  • Facilitate a smooth and well-documented hand-off to our Loan Consultants
  • Build rapport and maintain consistent touch points with customers
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within SalesForce and to sales leadership
  • Obtain your NMLS license (this will be required within your first 3 months)
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required and at least 1 year of professional work experience in sales development, customer facing, high call volume environments
  • Desire to help each consumer with one of the most meaningful financial transactions of their life
  • Bilingual - can communicate with clientele located in the LATAM region
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve complex scenarios
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display a high level of empathy, integrity and work ethic
  • Collaborate and partner closely with your team to achieve company and team goals
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Goal & growth mindset with the ability to seek out and apply coaching feedback regarding sales skills
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn preferred
  • Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in Fintech, the mortgage industry, Real Estate, Real Estate Tech, or a startup environment
  • Start-up experience and prior experience with a hyper growth company
  • Understanding of foreign national consumers
