Position Specific Description

This position is based at our Corporate head quartes in Juno Beach, FL or our Miami office location. The Senior Business Analyst role will support the Billing and Payment Options (BPO) team by assisting with various analytical functions with a specific focus on financial and quantitative analysis. Additional tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop expertise on complex bill calculation methods for customer bill management programs (i.e. Fixed Rate, Budget Billing)
  • Work cross-functionally with regulatory, billing, accounting and financial forecasting teams to optimize bill calculation methodologies for billing programs
  • Develop and maintain process to monitor financial health of bill management programs
  • Develop and maintain forecasts for future adoption and financial performance of bill management programs and associated billing and payment options
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption of billing and payment options
  • Analyze adoption in billing and payment options and identify ideal target for future solicitations
  • Maintain and produce regular reporting and metrics for adoption campaigns, cross-promotions, enrollments, discontinues, adoption, churn, etc.
  • Performs financial analyses as required by management or regulatory bodies
  • Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operation and/or technical support to business operations
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis to support medium to large special projects
  • Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

The position focuses on:
  • Supporting enhanced budgeting processes
  • Supporting the preparing various financial reports for review and analysis with a focus on project data and financial data
  • Continuous process improvements, including enhancements to accounting, forecasting and reporting processes

Ideal candidate will possess the following preferred qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience with bill calculation and/or financial reporting and analysis
  • Bachelors degree in financial discipline
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Consistent follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task
