RBI owns three of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands BURGER KING, TIM HORTONS, and POPEYES.Position Overview: The Sr. Analyst, Culinary Commercialization- Burger King is responsible for supporting the commercialization of ingredients for menu items and relevant intellectual properties by collaborating with cross-functional team members. The position works directly with suppliers to author and commercialize product specifications. The position is also responsible supporting test kitchen needs Responsibilities: Finalize ingredient specifications and hold suppliers accountable during commercialization Test kitchen management and support, evaluation, and coordination of sample review Support consumer paneling and sensory product evaluations Communicate written and oral complex technical messages to cover project status clearly, while bringing technical leadership and transparency to departments inside and outside of R&D Deliver projects success with the agreed upon metrics including cost, technical feasibility, commercial feasibility and consumer acceptance Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve various project challenges with the support of cross-functional team members Able to support successful new or innovative product launches in a rapidly changing environment. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Technology, Meat Science, Dairy Science, Bakery Science, Food Microbiology or related field. Depending on degree type/level, required minimum relevant experience will range from 2 5 years Strong scientific knowledge of food ingredients and manufacturing processes Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple products Strong time management skills Knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations as they relate to standards of identity, ingredients, nutrition labeling and label claims. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Knowledge of applicable procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to product commercialization Demonstrated excellence in leadership, strategic planning, problem solving, and project execution spanning multiple disciplines and teams.
