RBI owns three of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands BURGER KING, TIM HORTONS, and POPEYES.Position Overview: The RBI Global Finance team is the hub for financial analysis at RBI. As Sr. Analyst, you will be part of a small team that is responsible for ad hoc financial analysis, planning, budgeting and reporting across the Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeyes brands, as well as RBI's corporate business units. By leveraging the global finance team's exposure across all business units and geographies, you will create and present a full organizational view of results to the senior management team and board of directors. You are also responsible for designing and deploying best practices within finance, accounting and analysis across the organization. Responsibilities: Coordinates consolidation and analysis of results and forecasts across all regions, brands and corporate functions Supports preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual presentations on financial results for review by senior management and RBI's Board of Directors Supports the preparation of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer's board materials on a quarterly basis Supports creation and presentation of RBI's annual budget across the full P&L. Drives monthly reporting and analysis for zero-based budgeting within the Finance business unit Conducts analysis underpinning the company's multi-year strategic plan Owns parts of RBI's long term financial model for usage in strategic planning exercises, impairment testing, tax analyses and other longer term planning requirements Masters RBI's financial technology platforms and continuously finds ways to make existing processes, analyses and functions more intelligent and efficient, including the implementation of automation Works closely with accounting to understand the impact of current and future guidance to manage risk in a sustainable way for the business Fosters relationships across business units to stay up to date on recent performance trends, risks, opportunities and other updates, with the expectation of providing updates to the senior management team on a regular basis Qualifications & Skills: Hunger to learn, develop skills and advance within the organization; willingness to work hard to deliver results Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Mastery of accounting and financial concepts Ability to create new ways of approaching problems that can be rolled out across the company at scale Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively across groups and facilitate open exchange of information Ability to establish and maintain relationships across the entire business Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI; familiarity with SAP/Hyperion preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
