Staffing Coordinator
Position Summary
One on One Learning is known for the quality staff who put students' needs first to help them reach their potential. The recruiter will play an integral role in our continued growth and success. As part of our recruiting team, you are responsible for key initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high quality educators, across the country. The successful candidate will develop targeted programs and initiatives to attract and retain a talented and diverse teacher candidate pool nation-wide; oversee efforts to expand the pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including university education programs and online sources.
Essential Functions
The recruiter may be assigned one or more duties. The duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Leading the execution of searching for qualified educators, providing outstanding partnerships with clients, local colleges and universities, and online sources.
• Develop targeted programs and initiatives to attract and retain a talented and diverse teacher candidate pool.
• Participate in career fairs and staffing events.
• Oversee strategy efforts to expand the pool of qualified candidates through various channels.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Director to ensure all staffing needs are met in all programs across the US.
• Follow through with entire staffing process: posting job ad, screening resumes, scheduling interview, and conducting the interview.
• Provide thorough analysis of candidate strengths and character attributes that align with values and needs of OOOL.
• Foster a trust-based relationship with candidate, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
• Assist HR with Hiring, Training, and onboarding new employees.
• Create daily staffing reports, monitor employee performance, and submit reports to management.
• Determine shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling issues to HR.
Qualifications
• Junior College level in Human Resource Management (or related field) or equivalent work experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Experience Developing recruiting strategy.
• Familiarity with job boards, and HR Software and Microsoft Office.
• Must have a keen sense of urgency, adaptability, accountability, and a clear strategic mindset with analytical ability to strive for excellence and meet sales goals.
• Flexible and adaptable, willing, and able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as in groups and teams.
• Ability to maintain a professional manner and appearance.
