Job description

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for the accuracy of all recruiting platforms.
Focus on maintaining alignment between all recruiting platforms, BI boards, and project softwares to reflect updated recruiting needs from Pre-Recruiting to Offer Acceptance. The TAS reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Job Description updates as needed.
Open new job requisitions in UltiPro Recruiting as needed.
Align with HR Generalist on Compensation range prior opening a new job.
Align with Budget prior opening the job.
Update Pre-Recruiting Schedule (Monday.com) as needed.
Validate data in Recruiting Dashboards (Daily) and manage adjustments as needed.
Works in constant communication with Head of Talent Acquisition to update Recruiting Needs in Excel Spreadsheet.
Manages ATS and Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill and report to Head of TA. (Monthly)
Update Job Boards job slates Excel Sheet. By job title, Dept and Biz. Unit. This should include cost per job by month.
Maintain monthly cost report for LinkedIn & Indeed. Reflecting cost for individual positions and report to Head of TA.
Sourcing, interviewing, screening, and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers as needed.
Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates.
References calls for all candidates prior offer letter.
Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Bachelors Degree in Business administration, HR or related field preferred
Experience with full cycle recruitment
Hands-on experience with Job Boards and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
Experience with social media recruiting
Understanding of HR practices
Exceptional communication skills
