Job description

Resort Management, a premier full-service condominium and homeowner association management company, is seeking a full time Meeting Coordinator for our Naples office. Resort Management has hundreds of properties in the Southwest Florida marketplace and is focused on establishing a professional and service-oriented atmosphere.

The Meeting Coordinator will:

  • Schedule and prepare mailings and support documents for all Community Association meetings.
  • Coordinate with Property Managers to obtain budget and annual meeting dates.
  • Facilitate meetings at the property, Resort office or via Zoom.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarization and experience with a variety of office equipment a must.
  • Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and be well organized and resourceful.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with TOPS Community Association software a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Naples, FL 34104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Word: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
