RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Change Management Consultant. The client would like for this person to be located in Juno Beach, FL or travel a minimum of 1.5 weeks out of the month and may be more based on program needs. Duties:

• Change Management Consultant will be responsible for the execution of change management communication campaigns
• Create content for print and electronic channels, ensuring that key messages are communicated effectively to target audiences
• Ensure that communications are accurate, clear, and complete, correct in terms of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and editorial style
• Help to plan and coordinate team events
• As a Change Management Consultant, you will follow established processes, demonstrating discipline and organization in executing assignments and plans
• Establish and build successful partnerships with internal and external clients, co-workers, stakeholders, and vendors
• Communicate frequently with cross-functional groups
• Work at both business unit and corporate levels
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have CM working knowledge of Prosci ADKAR (or similar) methodology and proven ability to develop and execute on strategic CM plans
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
