RealTruck is currently seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support the daily HR processes, programs, and policies. You will be responsible for various tasks that fulfill the department's desire to serve our employees and customers. This role will report directly to the Manager, Human Resources for RealTruck and sit at the corporate office in Ocala, FL.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Primary Payroll Administrator for all Ecommerce locations and employees (weekly payroll, monthly commission, and weekly reports (headcount, payroll, etc.).
* Manage monthly headcount, organizational charts, and HR metrics for the organization.
* Administer and create onboarding tasks for new hires (employee file creation/IT tickets).
* Create, update, and distribute offer letters (new hire/promotional/market adjustments).
* Coordinate and administer background checks and drug screens via the selected vendor.
* Support and facilitate New Hire Orientation as needed.
* Distribute and assemble new hire paperwork, handbooks, and Company SWAG.
* Maintains employee records and HR files (payroll, benefits, time off, medical, HR general).
* Process HR invoices, coordinating the proper route for payment.
* Verifies and maintains I-9 documentation.
* Administrator for HR SharePoint and compliance postings.
* Assist in any talent acquisition and recruiting tactics.
* Oversee company building maintenance request for assigned locations.
* Support talent acquisition with job fairs, recruiting events, and training.
* Act as secretarial support- delivering mail, relaying messages, answering the telephone, maintaining and ordering equipment/supplies, signing for all incoming/outgoing packages.
* Assist in relaying and distributing benefit information to employees and new hires.
* Consistently update company-wide contact directories.
* Serves as administrative support to the HR Director and HR Manager, which includes but is not limited to helping write and distribute any policy changes or memorandums.
* Acts as support for various HR duties, assignments, and projects as assigned, i.e. (LOA/ADA/Referral bonus/R&R administrator).
* Promotes and exemplifies the company and function's mission, vision, and guiding principles.
