We're looking for a Digital Experience Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role will help manage the end-to-end experiences of our digital platforms, focusing on website and app maintenance, optimization efforts, documentation of best practices, and quality assurance. S/he will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the business, partnering with Marketing, Creative, Technology, Retail, Brand, Analytics, CRM, as well as our International business team members.

Responsibilities:
Manage the website experience for Partner Network, including updating content and creating landing pages.

Proactively reviews the site with a customer-first mindset, identifying operational and customer experience problems, while suggesting and delivering on solutions

Holds stakeholders accountable to deadlines and provides feedback ensuring deliverables align with strategy/project goals

Assist in the development of documentation for digital experience SOPs and best practices across functions for the team

Monitor on-site activity and content performance, ensuring optimized outcomes

Provide recommendations based on data insights, and help to solve problems and identify opportunities with our lead gen forms and content

Responsible for confirming accuracy of site content, including copy, imagery, promotions and linking strategies

Responsible for daily QA of onsite content and end to end customer experiences

Partners with the members of the broader digital experience team (operations, UX, and optimization) to design and test new site experiences and develop a roadmap for the partner network website

Partner closely with the broader Partner Network team (paid media, CRM, integrated marketing, sales, and tech) to deliver a seamless end to end experience from lead capture to ongoing partnership

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in an ecommerce industry

B2B experience with a focus on lead conversion preferred

Be highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills

Be self-motivated, a quick learner, and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively

A passion for digital experiences, a customer-centric mindset, and be a natural problem solver

Strong analytics background; experience with Adobe, Google Analytics, Looker or Heap preferred

Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives, leveraging Jira, Workfront or other similar tools

Experience with user behavior platforms such as Hotjar or Content square preferred

Experience with various CMS platforms, including Shopify and ideally Contentful

Ability to thrive and be agile in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
