Job description

CRI TPA Services, a division of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC provides, third-party administrative services for employer sponsored retirement plans, with a primary focus on 401(k) Plans, 403(b) Plans, and Defined Benefit Plans. Additionally, we provide these services for non-qualified 457(b) Plans, SIMPLE 401(k)s, SIMPLE IRAs, and SEP IRAs, as well as consulting services to clients on retirement plan best practices, plan design and implementation, and plan corrections. Our ultimate focus on compliance and reducing the worry and stress of operating a retirement plan results in a customized, properly administered plan that best fits your organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

• This position serves as 401(k) Plan Administrator for 50 to 75 clients as assigned. As the day to day contact for a large client group, the ability to provide excellent service while managing the needs of multiple clients is key.
• Employee census data analysis and calculation of eligibility
• Perform year end non-discrimination testing
• Ensure compliance with all DOL and IRS requirements
• Calculation and allocation of annual employer contributions (including New Comparability Plans)
• Provide vesting determinations, distribution and loan review, and other withdrawal options
• Preparation Form 5500s, 8955-SSA, and other tax forms as applicable

Qualifications:

• At least 3 to 5 years' experience working with 401(K)/Defined Contribution plans
• Qualified 401(k Plan Administrator (QKA) or similar designation preferred
• ftwilliam software experience preferred
• Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs
• Must be able to successfully handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
• A professional, polished appearance and demeanor at all times
• Outstanding professional communication skills both written and verbal
