Job Summary

PlanSource is a high-growth software company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with offices in Salt Lake City and Charleston. We are looking for a solid Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team.

About the Accounts Receivable Analyst Position

As a Accounts Receivable Analyst you will assist Operations to ensure billing is properly configured by reviewing sales opportunities to ensure accurately recorded and information provided is adequate prior to moving to Operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and other Accounting team members to address revenue and Account Receivable related inquiries.

In addition, your priorities will include:

* Analyze monthly billing for variances and ensure accuracy
* Provide assistance to our Salesforce IT team, Sales team and Operations team to improve billing process.
* Lead and perform tasks related to strategic revenue initiatives for the Finance department and company.
* Complete job-related training courses and/or seminars, as may be required for the job and/or assigned by Manager.
* Maintain, perform and update internal control procedures
* Additional duties as may be deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will bring your knowledge and skillset in general accounting/finance experience and/or data analytics. You are a well-organized professional with an accurate and attentive focus to detail. Your outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities will allow you to handle multiple priorities and work well with short deadlines. You are a high-level user in Excel.

Additionally, your qualifications will include:

* Four year college degree required (Accounting/Finance majors preferred)
* Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
* Data Analysis experience
* Accounting software (NetSuite preferred) experience
* Salesforce CRM experience
* Accurate and attentive to detail
* Well organized
* Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with others
