We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Client Service Representative to fill an opening immediately in Longwood, FL. The qualified Accounts Receivable Client Service Representative will have a two-year degree or at least one year of experience in a client-facing role. NuView IRA will also require that a candidate has the talent for resolving client issues or questions and clerical/data entry experience. We ask that candidates have passion, integrity, the urge to serve others, and be accountable. A qualified candidate will be able to perform the following tasks of data entry, a variety of deposits, deposit reconciliation, over-the-phone payments, client account updates, document scanning, and provide the highest level of customer service to the clients. The pay for this role is $16 to $18 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update and report account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
• Process account closure documents for severe delinquencies
• Data entry and document scanning
• Client account updates
• Account opening
• Check and Wire/ACH Deposits
• Deposit reconciliation
• Provide support as needed to other NuView employees
• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients

POSITION BACKGROUND

The Accounts Receivable Client Service Representative is a newer role for our accounting department but essential to the company. For the accounting receivable part of the role, NuView clients are charged annual fees to cover the administrative costs for maintaining the account. At times, clients will become delinquent in their payments and as a result, NuView must pursue collection action based on the length of delinquency. For the Client Services Representative part of the role is the first point of contact for our clients. Through phone-based interactions, you will gather information through effective probing and listening skills to provide clients with the proper information or escalate calls to an appropriate team member. You will engage in a dialogue to identify ways to reduce client effort and improve the overall client experience while actively listening to client cues.

HOURS

This position is a full-time position Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 and Friday 8:30 to 5:00

. Requirements:

• A two-year college degree or a minimum of one-year prior client service experience required
• One or more years of collections/accounting receivable experience
• Proven experience utilizing strong troubleshooting techniques, ideally in a Call Center environment
• Passion for service, positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong client focus
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be able to communicate in a concise, clear manner
• Must have clerical and data entry experience
• Extremely detail-orientated and organized
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
