Job description

Pay Rate - $17/hr

Shift: 8am-5pm, 3-5 days and 10-20 hours per week

Job Description

• Attend meetings and take minutes/action items
• Update social media platforms and write copy for posts.
• Assist with coordination of interviews
• Collect and update our spreadsheets with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects, reports
• Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents as needed
• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
• Run general industry related errands
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records
• Attend company functions
• Assist with the planning and organization of training programs.
• Assist with the scheduling new hire and onboarding training sessions
• Building online/email surveys
• Contacting attendees and department representatives about upcoming training program(s).
• Scheduling the appropriate conference lines and/or rooms, GoToMeeting webinars and other logistics for presentations and trainings.
• Coordination and ordering of trainee gifts for completion of trainings and other items
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Limited local travel
