CMS Product Analyst - Contract - Orlando, FL

A Vacation Ownership Company is seeking a CMS Product Analyst in Orlando, FL.
Role Description
The ideal candidate must be extremely detailed oriented, organized, possess strong leadership and influencing skills, exceptional communication skills, have a digital background, and a general understanding of Agile software development methodology. Able to perform a needs analysis to help output of workflow design, process documentation and delivery.
• An expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems within the digital space.
• Analyst will work in conjunction with Architects and Engineers to design, develop and support new end user systems supporting digital capabilities and enhancing current experiences while understanding the needs of the end user.
• An expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems while foreseeing potential issues that may arise.
• Be a good team player yet able to work independently to drive results.
• Be relationship driven and work well with other teams to drive collaboration and change across disciplines.
Skills & Requirements
• Experience with requirement gathering or technical writing and user stories
• 3 years of experience in software development life cycle
• 3 years of experience with Agile framework
• 3 years of experience with supporting or developing digital enterprise solutions
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Able to prioritize and react quickly to changes
• Ability to manage multiple projects at multiple stages and budgets
• Organized and able to hold other accountable for delivering project milestones on time
• Experience within the travel/tourism/hospitality industry
• Some exposure to call center/customer service/operational responsibilities
• Familiarity with CSS
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations or related field
