Job description

We are currently seeking a talented DevSecOps to join our client operating in the financial services sector.


This is an internal security role, focusing on the improvement of building, packaging, and deployment processes. You'll implement automated infrastructure capabilities like backups, security tools and monitoring to ensure end-to-end quality across functions.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and upgrade security measures and controls.
  • Establish plans and protocols to protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction.
  • Maintain data and monitor security access.
  • Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments.
  • Conduct internal and external security audits.


Your Minimum Experience Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding about DevOps culture, methodologies, coding and automation.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience using and managing DevOps tooling, monitoring, infrastructure-as-code and automation tools. (Relevant tech could include: AWS EKS, Azure Monitoring, CloudWatch, Trivy, Blackduck, GitHub Actions, etc).
  • Experience introducing security tools to the CI/CD lifecycle.
  • Strong scripting experience for automation purposes, for example: Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Perl.
