The Role

We're searching for a Senior Executive Assistant + Personal Assistant to support our CEO. You'll report directly to our CEO in handling a variety of professional and personal responsibilities, including expenses, travel, and calendaring. You are incredibly organized, thrive off enabling the people you support to be as productive and impactful as possible, and enjoy providing comprehensive assistance at the highest level. You'll leverage your excellent communication skills and exercise tact and diplomacy in helping to manage relationships with senior stakeholders both internal and external to Global Growth. You'll also demonstrate good judgment and strategic thinking by understanding competing priorities and prioritizing accordingly. You will be a key part of our global operations, building strong relationships, facilitating communications, and anticipating needs without being asked.


Core Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and personal administrative support to our CEO.
  • Assist our CEO in the timely management of all communications.
  • Handle a complex calendar, prioritizing commitments to maximize productivity.
  • Book travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Track and process expense reports, documents for signature, and project approvals.
  • Help plan, support, and execute CEO events and gatherings.
  • Work both autonomously and in collaboration with teammates and external contacts.
  • Effectively communicate with our senior team, with excellent follow up and follow through skill.
  • Organize and execute special projects as they arise.

Required

  • At least two years of previous administrative or personal support experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology or finance environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with scheduling complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • This position is located in Orlando, FL.

Compensation:

  • Salary $75,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Full Benefits Package Available
