Job Description: Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Corporate Marketing Salary: $70-75k (based on experience) REMOTE but Corporate Office in Torrance, CA Direct Hire opportunity for a great company! SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing designs for each vertical across the company. Working closely with the Art Director and design team, the Graphic Designer will assess requests, design artwork, track progress and provide creative feedback. We will look to the Graphic Designer to maintain the highest creative, conceptual and production standards - producing compelling work with flawless execution -- while constantly ensuring brand integrity and consistency. The Graphic Designer should be comfortable leading and managing highly visible projects for the organization, specifically partnering with the Global Event Planner and Vice President of Marketing to create exception event experiences. Candidate must be a strong team player with a highly collaborative work style in order to work with internal and external creative teams. The Graphic Designer will support the creative team to conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of content for all platforms. To qualify you must include a link to your portfolio of your recent work. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS Lead creative vision for large scale internal and external events Report into and partner with the creative team on all projects Help maintain and manage an efficient workflow within the Marketing department Assist the squad in creating branding, sales and marketing collateral for the company ? this could include PowerPoint decks, brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands, logos, etc. Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values of each client Attend regular training events and courses to further their knowledge and expertise Assist in the creation of digital design work, including display banners, website mock-ups and infographics Balance working on multiple projects at the same time Support website banner and social media image creation Mentor Junior Graphic Designer(s) Have creative/imaginative ideas for future projects and to elevate our brand REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, related field, or experience equivalent. 2-3 years of Graphic Design experience Possess knowledge of current and emerging trends in design Degree in graphic or web design preferable Proficiency with required Adobe Creative Cloud suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Dreamweaver a plus. Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products A passion for creating stunning visuals for a range of clients Strong organizational and communication skills Creative flair and a good eye for detail An understanding and familiarity with UX design would be a bonus Experience working with cross-functional teams Strong project management skills, project management software knowledge a plus COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: ?
