Minimum Requirements:
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Completed 75 hours of Home Health Aide training per State of Florida regulations.
•Must have and maintain a current and valid driver's license, with three (3) points or less.
•Must have, and maintain, one (1) or less driving violation or infraction reported through the FL Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
•Must have and maintain, a current auto insurance policy.
•Must have and maintain, reliable transportation to patients located in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.
•Ability to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner and to be able to carefully follow written and oral instructions.
Some Essential Duties/Responsibilities
•Assist the client with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, eating, shaving, and physical transfer.
•Keep records of personal health care and activities.
•Provide homemaking and light housekeeping of the patient's care area as directed.
• Prepare meal services as directed.
