Radixx was built to offer a retail-centric alternative solution to legacy PNR-based reservations systems. We leverage the technology industry's rapid advances which has led to cloud-based solutions that quickly deploy and which traditional providers are unable to support due to their major investments in legacy technology. Historically the provider for Low Cost (LCC), Hybrid, and retail-focused carriers, Radixx today supports all airline business models, in ticketed & ticketless capacity. Sabre acquired Radixx in October 2019 as part of the technology company's entrance into the fast-growing LCC and Hybrid segment.
Radixx is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Program Management team! This BA will will support the roadmaps for our product portfolio available to our new and existing global customers.
What will you achieve?
- Delineate requirements to solve moderately to complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views, in one or more assigned functional areas and across domains (Sabre and customer)
- Strong ability to plan strategically for future technology and business design changes in order to create flexible solutions
- Create process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions
- Assist in the development of moderate to complex service models and prototypes, create and implement customer feedback mechanisms, use broad knowledge of human factors engineering principles
- Understand and create Business Plans (including business cases) to assure plans meet company goals and integrates these with technical programs and project plans
- Provide technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Provide consultation to users in detailed functionalities of automated systems. Entry to mid-level expertise in SDLC (Agile and TDD)
- Assist in leading cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues
- Support Development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, EPR issues, training on new products, leading implementation meetings and other deployment and delivery functions, as assigned
A successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' related experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project/work management tool
- Proficiency with analyzing and synthesizing data to share and influence various teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, to serve as lead conduit between developers, architects, designers and with external and internal customers
