Job description

Kapili Government Services, LLC is looking for a qualified Systems Engineer to support our contract with Program Management Training Systems (PM TRASYS) Force on Force program.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must be able to read and understand contracts.

• Experience with the Government acquisition process

• Experience with Government Force on Force activities and training scenarios

• Experience with targeting systems or computer simulations is preferred

• Prepare, draft, update, and review program engineering documents in support of the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) / Integrated Master Plan (IMP). All engineering documentation shall be in accordance with the applicable, approved MARCORSYSCOM document template and delivered in accordance with the IMS/IMP. Contractor's performance and deliverables shall reflect technical writing expertise at the postgraduate level. Engineering documentation includes, but is not limited to the following items:

(1) Systems Engineering Plan

(2) Test and Evaluation Master Plan

(3) Requirements Traceability Matrix

(4) Configuration Management Plan Addendum

(5) System Specification

(6) Safety Assessment Report

(7) Program Protection Plan

(8) Verification and Validation Plan

DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Bachelors in engineering or related field
