Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of recruiters and/or TA Coordinators, create and implement day to day recruitment strategies across multi lines of business and locations, successful partner and influence senior leadership to ensure hiring needs are met while assisting in reducing turnover and improving retention. TA Manager will oversee multiple recruitment programs to include Westgate's J-1 Visa program, Travel, and Internship & Culinary programs, etc. Track and monitor recruitment KPI's. Successful partner with key internal client groups such as TMS, Onboarding, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of full cycle recruiters and TA Coordinators
- Responsible for managing a limited number of requisitions to include but not limited to job posting/approvals, conducting intake sessions, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions
- Responsible for managing multiple client groups throughout U.S. based Westgate locations
- Effectively conducts coaching and annual performance reviews support teams' growth and development
- Responsible for ensuring team is adhering to company policies and procedures and following proper talent acquisition processes including recruitment metrics
- Creates and implements day to day and short-term recruitment tasks and/or initiatives to best support hiring needs
- Creates and maintains senior level client relationships (i.e., Director, VP and/or SVPs) and resolves issues in a timely and effective manner, leveraging Vice President of Talent Acquisition as appropriate
- Partners with social and digital marketing teams with creating marketing materials to attract candidates and supports company's employment brand and marketing initiatives
- Establishes and manages recruitment process and partnerships with 3rd party staffing firms
- Conduct reference checks for exempt positions
- Travel to assigned properties as needed based on recruitment challenges and hiring needs
- Understand how to effectively read and interpret reports that will help drive data driven decisions May be required to create daily reports to run their business
- Effective partner with key partners such as HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, etc.
- Promote the Westgate brand by delivering service excellence throughout the candidate journey
- Organizing, executing, and attending hiring events for recruiting and company branding
- Must represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and professional behavior always
- Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous leadership experience
- 3+ years of previous sourcing and recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for nonexempt and exempt positions
- Proven experience with creating and managing recruiting metrics & reporting
- Experience with scheduling, interviewing and pre-employment assessment tools as well as a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven abilities to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to make decisions under high pressure and changing priorities
- Strong balance of analytical and emotional intelligence
- Strong persuasive, influencing, and decision-making abilities
- Independent, proactive, and ability to take initiative
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint required
- Strong work ethic and passion for delivering best in class levels of service
- Must have availability to work flexible hours and weekends on occasions
- Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 10 pounds
- 5-20% travel required and will be based on business needs and groups supported. Travel between properties may be required based on home location
