Description

Position Description:

The primary responsibilities of the Talent Engagement Sourcing Specialist for KBA Interim Leadership Services are research and candidate sourcing, development of qualified prospective candidates, and efficient and effective communication among all members of the Interim Leadership team and maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all activities in the company database.

Specific Resposibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Talent Engagement for Interim Leadership Services, and collaborating with the Interim Leadership Services Team, the specific responsibilities for this position are:
Works effectively with internal and external resources to identify potential candidates by utilizing and managing the postings within the internal database, Indeed, LinkedIn, niche websites, and other additional platforms.
Works with the Talent Engagement team to develop a search plan and research strategy for each position, documenting activities, and recommending adjustments as necessary.
Identifies key companies, user groups, and professional associations to benefit the interim leadership search and build the talent pool.
Develops with Director, the e-blast/texting strategy, execution, and response.
Ensures the database is kept up to date on candidates.
Manages the Contact Calls process.
Screens resumes and inquiries, and selects qualified prospective candidates for presentation to the Director and other members of the Talent Engagement Team.
Maintains all engagement documentation as appropriate.
Requirements
Associates Degree required
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
Must have 2 years of experience in a recruiting environment with healthcare experience strongly preferred
Positive/persuasive writing, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills, as well as document formatting skills in an MS Office environment
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Client Relationship Management (CRM) Systems strongly preferred
Demonstrates enthusiasm, tenacity, intellectual curiosity and is action oriented
Exceptional attention to details and a high degree of accuracy
A disciplined self-starter who can work effectively in a virtual environment as an integral team member with the ability to work well within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
